Bring a GRIT PERFORMANCE CAMP to your COMMUNITY

Our camps

Bringing a GRIT Performance camp to your community is easy.  Just reach out to our team and we can schedule a day or week-long camp for your athletes.

Team specific, sport-specific, or just a general athletic development camp we will customize the programming to the participants.

Options for Your camp

Day Camps

These can be run as entire day events or as 2-hour blocks with different groups of athletes.

We customize the structure of the programming based on your participant's needs.  But it can look something like:

At our session you will learn:

 

  • Movement preparation principles that you can use to prepare your body and mind for competition.  We will walk through techniques to activate the nervous system and increase circulation and mobility so we can perform at a higher level and prevent injuries.

  • Learn to train for performance,  how to train for specific movement tasks your sport requires, again we will learn performance principles you can apply to your training and in-competition performance.

  • RECOVERY - there is a reason Tom Brady is performing at such a high level well into his 40's.  We will teach you the principles and techniques you can use to recover like a pro.

  • We will get to work with the VIPR Pro - an amazing tool for sports performance training being used by athletes in the NFL, NBA, NHL, NLL, and others

  • The principles you learn in this session will help you utilize our GRIT Online Platform and continue your athletic development path

Also included in this registration: One-month membership to the GRIT Training & Mentorship Platform which includes:

  • One on one consult with a GRIT coach to get you onboarded and put on the right athletic development path within the platform

  • Weekly sport-specific training programs to follow

  • Own app to track progress, follow programs, and communicate with the trainer

  • 365 access and support from trainers

  • Live Weekly Q & A ’s with trainers

  • Monthly guest speakers focusing on leadership, resiliency, drugs & alcohol, etc.

  • Special rates for one on one coaching/mentorship with GRIT Trainers

  • Special Rates for one on one coaching with our certified nutritional practitioner

  • A free membership for one parent to just follow along or even participate

Week Long Camp

These camps run over 5 consecutive days in 90 minute sessions, programming can be customized to the participants.  These camps include:


COVID Safe practices throughout camp - each participant will have their own space, maintaining distancing requirements, and have their own VIPR Pro which will be disinfected after each use.


Participants will learn:


  • Preparation techniques to get the body ready for competition on game day

  • Recovery techniques to take care of the body, prevent overtraining, burnout, and injury

  • Performance training for both in-season and off-season competition

  • Fundamentals of sports nutrition

  • 1 on 1 time with our trainers to develop a training plan specific to individual needs and identifying areas for improvement

Also as part of their registration participants will get a 1-year membership to the GRIT Training & Mentorship Platform that includes:


  • Weekly sport-specific training programs to follow
