The Grit app has allowed me to use Chris's workout programs, build my own programs, and maintain my schedule. With direct communication with Chris, he is able to track my progress, check in with me, and most importantly, motivate me. This has driven me to achieve a level of consistency with my workouts that I have not had since playing college hockey.
